The Bialetti Moka Express works via convection I believe. Fill the bottom with water to designated line, insert metal filter funnel included with you choice blend (I recommend Cafe Bustelo), and screw top on. Its very easy and it only takes a few minutes to smell the rich tastes. Simply heat on a low setting on your range oven top to enjoy. Add any sugars for an extra boost and to sweeten the taste!
